For many of us our vehicles are our workplace.  If you find yourself in a challenging situation while behind the wheel, you may only have a split second to make a decision.  Your actions may determine the outcome. 

Accidents can be a life altering event for those involved. It can affect people’s quality of life, impact their families.  Those effects can also extend to a person’s workplace and community.

Participants may gain some technical knowledge and more importantly a better appreciation for their responsibility to help prevent accidents.

Split Second Decision is a streetwise approach to the science of accident management.  By understanding how accidents happen you may be able to prevent them.

As a fleet manager, "The Anatomy of a Collision" presented by Bruce Brunsch was fascinating and refreshing. Bruce had a unique approach of refocusing and reinforcing the basic principles of safe operating practices of motor vehicles. Using the old fashioned defensive driving methods, Bruce brought poor/bad driving habits into perspective by demonstrating how collisions and injuries can be avoided.

By applying examples of every day techniques from Bruce's seminar, I will be able to bring added value into the fleet operations to ensure the safety of both drivers and passengers. I strongly recommend to anyone who has the opportunity to attend Bruce's seminar to do so. Not only will this be an eye opener to seasoned drivers, but the development of excellent skills for individuals experiencing driving in their early years.
